Chiseled Lips

Madonna stands
in her stone garden silent,
marble hands in prayer,
my sins the beads of her rosary.
Forgiveness resting on a petition
coming from chiseled lips
that have no voice.

I like it ! It has something !
'....stands in the stone...'
Yet looks true...like speaking through the silence! And rosary reflecting something real face of tough life..!

Love the prose!!
So inspiring!!!

I particpated in a challenge that had to do with Sacred Music. I have listed it below.
Your poem resonates a great message in the connection with the rosary beads as a symbol of more.
Well done ... I enjoyed this.
