Graffiti of Complaints

"Life seems but a quick succession of busy nothings." ~ Jane Austen

I twist hours around my fingers
and forget where I’ve been
when I arrive at the latest
catastrophe grown from a mole hill.

Life has become walking against
the wind of someone’s must do,
must think, must agree.

When did EvEryThing have to matter?
We are wallpapered with the graffiti of complaints.
Where is peace?

I think the mole-hills are just pimples on top of real concerns. Maybe it's tactics to obscure the facts.

Peace is within, away from the wind.

Too bad, terribly bad, when the molehill has been piled so high by a controlling person. It makes me hurt inside.

Being human, we are never satisfied with everything that we have, and hence always end up whining and complaining! An excellent write :D

Lots of love,

'Wall-papered with the graffiti of complaints' love that line, and graffiti is the perfect choice.

So difficult. You can find it if anyone can. Take care, Susie.

Exactly Susie! Why should one be made or goaded to conform to others. Circumstances may make it such that the force overpowers. It should prompt one not to yield easily!
