Oh, Susie, so sad. Beautifully done, but so sad.
Hugs, K
This is lovely. It's on the same sad path as mine.

laughter weeds... it is a powerful medicine. I went to a funeral once - so full of sadness. Was surprised as we started reminiscing, we laughed and the group of us actually felt better... granted we cried and laughed at the same time, but really - walking away that day - I felt so much better.

So much humanity is crammed into just three lines.

Susie, each line is precious. Neighbourhoods, like families, experience the sadder moments. I wrote a blog post about this earlier this year when a neighbour died, unexpectedly. If you want to stop by, it is posted at https://pm27.wordpress.com/2013/07/29/memory-book-make-one/

Thanks for sharing this heartful poem. :)
