NaPoWriMo 2013 Day 21 ~ Lune

a devil's moon
shone full and blood red
in autumn's bleeding

i will come to you
when twilight
dances with sunset

This a beautiful short poem which can be turned into a memorable haiku:

twilight...
dancing with
sunset
"Twilight", that's the word I have been looking for these past 24 hours, for two of my poems.
Thank you Susie.

And these images are overwhelmingly beautiful.

Both are complete on the minimum to the maximum rule. The second is quite seductive; I await the moment.

These are beautifully crafted Lunes, my favourite is the second and the pictures are really lovely. Haiga at its best,,,,

Everything this form should be and more, in my opinion--the first is heavy and dark, yet perfectly balanced--the second just beautiful, and one more word would be too many.

Both are gorgeous, Susie. I love the presentation with the poem written on the photograph. I should try that.

Susie, beautiful!
The photos are just the start... the "blood red moon" a perfect description, as it rises through autumn leaves. These were both set in nature, too, which is part of the Japanese haiku! Nicely done, Susie! Amy

These are lovely. More so because of the way you've linked them to gorgeous photos. The second one dances in my head. Thank you.
