I liked the last verse best and seemed to be able to identify a bit from one of my former lives.

My flashback from your poem is to a 'coffee house' in Huntsville, Alabama back in the 70's. We sat on the floor all around the room, leaning on the four walls. I don't remember any coffee but we were passing bottles of wine along, sipping as we willed. No glasses.

And, no, Mary Jane was absent from this one. At least this time. I was making my only visit, being an out-of-towner.
..Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02982249173214655060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3174947457823680382.post-57138831746983866242014-03-12T21:06:07.565-05:002014-03-12T21:06:07.565-05:00oohhh, Mary Jane she's trouble. love this visi...oohhh, Mary Jane she's trouble. love this vision of you, Susie.Marianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07027954226798117530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3174947457823680382.post-90751605682540133562014-03-12T19:28:10.749-05:002014-03-12T19:28:10.749-05:00Oh nothing like memories of live music.
